Are you not satisfied with your order? We’re very sorry to hear that and would love to know what we can do to make you happy.

Please make sure to notify us of your return within 14 days of receiving your order. After that, you have up to 14 days from receiving the return form to send your order back. We will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 working days after receiving the return.

Please note: If you return the order more than 14 days after receiving the return email, we are not obliged to refund the full amount.

Did your item arrive damaged? Please contact us before returning it. We will gladly work with you to find a suitable solution.

If you purchased a personalized product, it cannot be returned.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

EASY RETURNS IN 3 SIMPLE STEPS

Step 1: Send an email to support@ayranisa.com with your order number.

Step 2: You will receive an email with all the necessary information to return your order without any worries.

Send the items to the address provided in the email. Make sure your package includes a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive your refund in your bank account

After receiving and approving the return, AYRA NISA will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
